Good news! The sale of the spacious single-family homes of De Brecht in Nieuw Vennep is progressing well. In the meantime, various homes have been sold and under option. We are therefore pleased to report that construction has recently started and the homes are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024.
After a period of preparation for construction, the piling of the piles started last week. For all corner and terraced houses, it has been decided to already take the piles for the extension. It is therefore still possible to opt for the extension or not, when you buy one of the available homes.
