Several types of houses are on offer in De Brecht. There will be 16 terraced houses; you have the choice of a mid-terrace house or a corner house. The site of the former farm will also boast a characteristic semi-detached farmhouse. Completion is expected in the 3rd quarter of 2024.

House types A, B and C will have a wonderfully spacious living room and an open kitchen. On the first floor there will be three spacious bedrooms and a stylish bathroom. On the second floor you will find the fourth bedroom and the technical room. So there will be plenty of space for all members of the family.
For your convenience, your home will be supplied with fitted, fully-tiled bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is not supplied. So you’re free to choose your dream kitchen and have it installed. Needless to say, you can also design the rest of your home to suit your needs. Can you see yourself living here?
If you opt for the semi-detached house (type E), you get a generous living room and a separate kitchen/dining room. It will also have three spacious bedrooms and a stylish bathroom on the first floor. Additionally, there is space on the landing to create a workstation.
You will probably want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen/dining room. So you can design it according to your requirements. You will be able to create the kitchen you always dreamed of. And needless to say, you can also style the rest of your home in your own fashion.

Personalizing your home
Naturally your home has to satisfy all your wishes. And fit in with your lifestyle. So you can choose from various options to put the finishing touches to your home.
If you want some extra living space, opt for a 2.4-metre extension. Or would you rather have the kitchen at the rear of your house? Both are possible, except for type E.
Of course, the options are not limited to the ground floor. Would you like a walk-in wardrobe in your bedroom? Then you can opt to merge bedrooms 2 and 3 into one large bedroom. That would give you the space you need for a large walk-in wardrobe. It is also possible to make the bathroom and/or bedroom 2 bigger.
Ample parking
On the site there are plenty of parking spaces adjacent to the houses. Both residents and visitors can park here. Each property is allocated its own fixed parking space. Housing types C and E have two fixed parking spaces each.
